  • This "Book 1" shall serve as a labor pool of members that have the BST training complete with a WINDA ID.
  • Order of placement on this "Book 1" does not imply order of receiving an available call. It will be at the discretion of the Local's Referral Agent from the Local posting the job to choose the applicants.
  • The purpose of this "Book 1" is to allow all members to see the call and then bid on it if they are interested and available
  • This is not a traditional Book system that most are accustomed to. This is serving as a pool of interested candidates that can see available Offshore Wind calls and allow them to show active interest in being contacted by the referring local for possible placement.
